As we only book a certain number of sessions each month, we recommend booking as early as your first scan.
Q. When to book a Milestone Session?
A. For babies who are between 6-10 months old, it's recommended to schedule a Milestone Session around the 7-9 month mark. At this age, most babies are able to sit up without assistance and may have started crawling or standing, providing adorable photo opportunities. However, it's important to remember that every baby develops at their own pace. If your baby hasn't achieved these milestones by 9 months, it may be wise to wait a few more weeks or months before scheduling the session. - If your baby is already walking or approaching their first birthday, consider booking a cake smash photo session instead. These sessions are typically shot around 11 months to ensure that print products and digital files are ready in time for the baby's first birthday party. - Keep in mind that session availability is limited each month, and confirmation is required at least 10-15 days in advance. To guarantee availability and allow for proper planning and preparation, it's best to schedule the session a few weeks ahead of time.
Q: Is there a rescheduling fee for the session?
A: 24 hours notice of postponements is appreciated. The client will be charged 3000/- for the next session if they cancel within 24 hours or during the session.
Q: What about props and setups for the photo session?
A: Detailed information regarding setups and outfits will be discussed after booking. We will provide a link to select setups and a questionnaire for you to fill out. Please note that any requests for a different or extra setup on the day of the shoot cannot be accommodated. Our setups are carefully curated to match our photography style, and we avoid copying other photographer's work.
Q: Will you change the background in editing? What is included in the editing process?
A: We do not replace backgrounds. The Editing Process includes standard retouching, exposure correction, color correction, and cropping. However, complex retouching, such as hair color changes or adjustments, extreme scar, laugh lines, nail color/filing, body-shaping are not included. The photographs will be edited according to our style.
Q: Can I add additional photographs to my package?
A: Yes, you can add extra edited high-resolution photographs to your package at an additional cost per photo. This option allows you to include more of your favorite moments from the session.
Q: Can I request a specific theme or concept for the setups?
A: While we provide a selection of setups to choose from, we do not offer custom themes or concepts. Our setups are carefully curated to match our photography style, and we avoid copying other photographers' work. However, you can choose setups from the available options to ensure a beautiful and cohesive photo session.
Q: How do I receive the photographs for selection?
A: After the session, we will provide you with low-resolution JPEG format photographs with watermarks via email. You will receive the photographs for selection after two days of your session date.
Q: What are the options for family sessions?
A: We offer family sessions that include the baby's mom, dad, and real siblings (no cousins or nephews). Grandparents can be added to the family session with an additional fee.
Q: Can I have input in the design of the photobook or album?
A: We design it in a simple and classic style that aligns with our signature design. However, we regret that customizing the design according to your specific preferences won't be possible.
Q: I don't want you to post photographs from our session on your portfolio. Is it possible?
A: We understand your concern; however, we do not sell or transfer ownership of the photographs. Our portfolio showcases our style and work, which helps clients make informed decisions when booking with us. We kindly request you to consider another photographer who can meet your requirements. We respect your decision.
Q: How much time do I have to make my selection for editing?
A: Please make your selection within three days of receiving the photos to ensure timely delivery of the final edited photos.

A: Using cameras, mobile phones, or camcorders during the session, whether in-studio or on location, is not allowed.
Q: Can I take photos or videos at your premises?
A: We kindly request that you seek permission from the designated photographer.
Q: May I know if it's possible for friends and relatives to join me during the session?
A: The studio's policy kindly permits only parents of the baby to attend.
Q: How long will the raw files be kept?
A: The raw files will be kept for 10 days from the date of your session, after which they will be deleted.
Q: What is my responsibility once I receive the purchased photos?
A: Once you receive the purchased photos, it is your responsibility to store them safely by making multiple copies on your computer, cloud, or other storage options.
